Things I want to remember!

Alexis you have become a toddler.
You are no longer a baby.

You have such a silly personality and contagious smile.
Mommy and daddy love you with all of our hearts and more!

We laugh multiple times a day at things you do.
Yesterday you walked around the house with your hooded towel on your head.
You kept catching your reflection in the mirror and kissing yourself :)

You love to come up behind us and hug the back of our legs.

You have some pretty amazing dance moves too. Music is one of your favorite things and every time you hear it...(even on a commercial or a when the phone rings)
 you drop everything and dance!
I love it :)

Lately you have learned to watch us and then repeat almost everything we do.

You learned where your nose was this week and constantly point to it and try to say "nose".
You find mommy's nose too :)

Your sweet smile melts my heart and makes me kiss you a million times a day.
You have started to kiss back which I love more than anything!

You help mom pull the laundry out of the dryer and put it in the laundry basket.

You say HI to everyone. It is your favorite word.
When we leave the house you say bye bye and wave to your stuffed animals and when we return you go and greet them to say hi.

After your night time bath and I wrap you up in your towel you let me hold you like a baby and kiss your face. You look up at me really still and say "mommy". It is one of my favorite moments.

You are big and can run and climb.
You get into everything...and make me crazy!

Today you found a bag of mommy's treats.
When I found out you looked at me with your huge grin and took another bite of candy!

This stage is so much fun.
We are so in love with you and enjoy watching you grow.

You have such a sweet spirit about you :)
We are thankful every day for the time we get to spend with you.

We love you Lexi!
